James Johnson, CPA, is a small independent firm located in Reno, Nevada, providing tax, accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals.
People
James is licensed by the Nevada State Board of Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Nevada Society of CPAs. Prior to public accounting, James worked in banking. His knowledge and experience of business lending and bank underwriting allows him to help clients understand the business lending process and apply for the financing they need to grow and expand their businesses. James was previously a board member of the Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC), the largest non-profit Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan provider in Nevada. The firms’ primary practice areas include business, trust, and estate taxation and planning.
